How do I place an order?
To place an order, you can either shop using our online store or contact us directly via email, phone, or facebook.
Are the animals listed in your store the actual animals I would receive?
Yes! We don't believe in using stock photos of our animals. The animal you choose on our site is the actual animal you will receive.
How long does the shipping process take?
Once we receive your order, we will send you an email to set up shipping. We will not ship until proper arrangements have been made. For the safety of our animals, we only ship Monday through Wednesday and an adult MUST be home to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. We use FedEx Priority Overnight, which usually arrives by 10:30am to most addresses.
